Firefly Festival 2025

Experience the magic of the Firefly & Food Festival at Kanger Valley National Park — a two-day, one-night celebration of nature, adventure, and tribal culture! Held on June 28–29, 2025, this immersive event invites you to explore the mystical Mandarkonta caves, witness the grandeur of Tirathgarh waterfalls, and enjoy authentic Dhurwa tribal dance paired with delicious local cuisine. As night falls, embark on a firefly trail to witness nature’s own light show in the forest canopy. Camp under the stars at scenic eco-sites, and the next day, trek to Shiv Ganga, discovering hidden natural wonders along the way. Organized by Kanger Valley National Park and supported by the Bastar District Administration, this eco-cultural retreat is managed by the Tirathgarh Eco Development Committee and marketed by Unexplored Bastar. Whether you see the fireflies or not, an unforgettable experience of caving, trekking, tribal heritage, and forest living awaits you!

Festival Highlights:
